About Dorset and Somerset Hire Services
We are an independent tool and plant hire company with branches in Shaftesbury in Dorset (Dorset Hire Services), Evercreech and Frome in Somerset (Somerset Hire Services). We have a range of equipment to hire from power tools and garden machinery to plant and access equipment.
We offer an efficient and cost effective delivery service on all our equipment and can even offer same day delivery.
We have many years experience serving both the trade and DIY customers and are happy to help or just advise both. Take a look at our hire price list to get an idea of what we supply and feel free to contact us with any inquiries you may have either via the contact form or by giving one of our branches a call.
Account Application
If you are a frequent hirer you may find it beneficial to open a credit account with us. With a credit account you will receive all of your monthly invoices together with a statement making it easier to keep track of your purchases/hire activity. Our standard invoice terms are 30 days from the end of the month.

We are open Saturdays 8am to 12 noon through the Summer months (April until November) but are closed Saturdays through Winter due to demand levels.
